The Patient Service Centre (PSC) at 57 Gervais Drive in North York is dedicated to offering specimen collection services to patients for non-OHIP paid services. Our phlebotomists are trained specifically on all tests available to order through ICL. Appointments can be booked by calling 416-422-3000 ext. 304, ensuring patients will experience little to no wait time.
The ICL North York PSC Hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm.
Client Care is open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm EST except for statutory holidays.
