Holiday & Shipping Schedule

We are wishing you and yours a wonderful holiday season and we would like to send you a quick message to notify you and your patients of our upcoming holiday schedule.

We sincerely thank you for your continued support in this challenging year and we look forward to working with you in 2021!

Our schedule is as follows:

ICL will be closed on

Friday December 25^th

Monday December 28^th and

Friday January 1^st

Purolator and Canada Post have been experiencing an increase in delays due to high volumes during the pandemic, in addition to the holiday.

Please ensure patients plan accordingly when sending their shipments into ICL and please note that patients may have to call Purolator in advance to schedule their pickup.

Please do not ship specimens to ICL by Purolator or other overnight service AFTER December 22^nd. On the following week – please only ship on December 29^th

Please exercise extra caution collecting and shipping specimens to ICL with short stability in consideration of the holidays ex. Cyrex, Spectracell & Cell Science.
