Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Hospital Business division. This role is essential for driving business growth by meeting sales targets, strengthening and expanding relationships with clients and suppliers, and enhancing our market presence. The ideal candidate will be a proactive go-getter, ready to tackle challenges and seize opportunities to achieve exceptional results. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and increasing ICL’s visibility among decision-makers.
In this role, the successful candidate will be required to:
- Leverage Proven Sales Experience: Navigate challenges and capitalize on opportunities with a successful sales track record. A proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets is essential.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Achieve and surpass sales goals by implementing effective strategies and executing them successfully. Prior experience in developing sales forecasts and analyzing market trends will be crucial for excelling in this role.
- Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and enhance market presence. A proven track record of successfully implementing strategies that have led to increased revenue is essential.
- Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients and decision-makers. Effective problem-solving and persuasive abilities are crucial for nurturing these connections.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Track and analyze sales performance data to generate reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Address client needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and customer needs.
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of five (5) years of sales experience, including at least two (2) years in a leadership role.
- Healthcare (lab) experience is preferred.
- Office Suite: Solid understanding of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Skills and Competencies - Sales Abilities: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Management: Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions. Experience with IT projects/implementations, project management and contracting (para legal stuff) is preferred.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote environment and adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
- Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Creativity: Open to new ideas with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Professionalism: Courteous, punctual, and reliable in all communications.
