Overview
At In-Common Laboratories (ICL), we are dedicated to transforming lives through innovative healthcare and community support services. As we grow, we’re looking for a Partner Integration Specialist to guide new partners — clients, suppliers, and vendors — through a seamless onboarding experience, from signed agreement to go-live, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and strong, trust-based relationships.
The Opportunity
This role combines relationship management, project leadership, and operational coordination. Acting as the primary point of contact for new partners — clients, suppliers, and vendors — the Partner Integration Specialist fosters engagement, coordinates projects, and creates positive experiences that set the foundation for long-term relationships. Key Areas of Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end partner onboarding projects.
- Ensure timelines, deliverables, and compliance standards are met.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to support smooth implementation and go-live readiness.
- Serve as the main point of contact for partners throughout onboarding.
- Facilitate meetings, communications, and training sessions to drive engagement and readiness.
- Build collaborative relationships that foster long-term partnerships and growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of requirements, milestones, and communications in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and SharePoint.
- Continuously improve onboarding workflows and the partner experience.
- Track progress, resolve issues proactively, and report on risks and outcomes to leadership.
- Work with Business Development and Technical teams for a smooth transition to ongoing relationship management.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Project Management, or related field (required).
Certifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 is an asset.
- Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) is an asset.
Experience:
- 3+ years in onboarding, partnership management, or project management, ideally in healthcare, diagnostics, or a related industry.
- Proven success managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Experience in health-care or health tech environments is a plus
