Our mandate is straightforward – to simplify the laboratory testing process for our clients, enabling health-care providers to focus on what’s most important – patient care. With ICL, you request the test, and we do the rest.
How do we choose which laboratories we partner with?
Laboratories are selected based on their licence and accreditation status, quality of clinical and scientific services, technical capacity, service turnaround times, technology, methodology and cost.
Digital integration is our specialty. ICL’s advanced lab referral hub is seamlessly integrated into our secure digital network. Digital integration with our supplier laboratories means immediate and secure access to patient results through a secure client interface, online results inbox or fax. We partner with our clients to design, build and support cost-effective interfacing between laboratory information systems. We are ISO27001:2022 certified, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to best practices in information security.
We handle all logistics in specimen management and referrals to ensure quality, affordability and efficiency to inform diagnostic decision making and patient care. We manage the consolidation of patient reports and itemized invoices to ensure a seamless, patient-centred and transparent experience for our clients.
Our dedicated client care team is available to answer your call with in-house clinical expertise to secure a supplier to meet your needs, answer your questions, and provide support regarding STAT requests and results interpretation consultations.
ICL is licensed by the Ontario Ministry of Health and accredited by Accreditation Canada Diagnostics, holding 15189 PlusTM and ISO27001:2022 certificates. Our performing laboratories are licensed and accredited.
