Collect 2nd morning urine sample: Patient should void and discard first morning urine.Then drink a glass of water and collect another urine sample within 1 hour.

Handling Information

Check pH and adjust pH to 6 – 8 with 1.0M NaOH immediately. Freeze an aliquot at -20°C. Store and send frozen.
