In-Common Laboratories (ICL) is partnering with Rexall to offer drop-off locations for people to return their completed fecal immunochemical test (FIT) kits. Visit this page to find an Ontario Rexall location near you. If you live on a First Nations reserve, please contact your health centre or nursing station to discuss drop off options.
Participants can also return their completed FIT by mail using the pre-paid yellow return envelope included in the FIT kit.
For people living in rural or remote Northern communities, it is best to confirm with your health care provider what return options are available as there may be alternate instructions. Below are additional drop-off locations open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., excluding holidays:
- Lake of the Woods District Hospital (LWDH)
- La Verendrye General Hospital (LVGH)
- Sioux Lookout MenoYaWin Health Centre (SLMHC)
- Dryden Regional Health Centre (DRHC)
- Waasegiizhig Nanaadawe’iyewigamig Health Access Centre (WNHAC)* – Kenora (for clients and providers of Waasegiizhig Nanaadawe’iyewigamig Health Access Centre (WNHAC) only
