In-Common Laboratories (ICL) is pleased to welcome Kelly Falzon as its new vice-president of operations, bringing more than four decades of experience in health care operations and leadership.
Kelly began her career as a registered nurse before moving into senior operational leadership roles at some of Ontario’s leading hospitals, including The Hospital for Sick Children, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and Hamilton Health Sciences.
Most recently, she served as operations director of Women and Babies at Sunnybrook, where she was responsible for strategic planning, program operations and supporting quality patient care.
Throughout her career, Kelly has developed extensive expertise in workforce planning, resource management and operational improvement. She has led multidisciplinary teams and implemented practical solutions to improve efficiency, performance and service delivery.

Her ability to support teams and find better ways of working will be a tremendous asset as we continue to grow.”
In her new role, Kelly will work closely with ICL’s management team, providing mentorship and sharing her expertise in staffing, resource planning and operational improvement.
