On June 2, 2026, In-Common Laboratories (ICL) mailed samples of the new fecal immunochemical test (FIT) device to primary care providers so they could show patients how to use it. ICL could only mail FIT devices to practice locations with a complete mailing address, which means not all providers got a sample device. A second mail-out is underway for providers who completed the below form before July 24, 2026.
A third and final mail-out of demo FIT devices will be made on August 24, 2026 for providers who did not previously receive a demo device and would like one. If you did not receive a demo device, and did not previously complete the below form, please submit a request and it will be mailed out after August 24, 2026.
